Frank Welsh

Executive Director

Frank founded Community Financial Services in April 2012. He is a highly regarded professional with over 35 years experience in the financial planning industry. His previous work includes management consultancy with AMP and up until 2005 was the managing director of a leading financial services practice operating in Geelong, Colac and the Gold Coast. Frank’s expertise lies in the recruitment, training and development of planners, while at the same time having a passion for looking after the financial needs of his clients.

Frank and his lovely wife Rhonda have been married for 40 years with five adult siblings and boasts 11 adorable grandchildren.
