Rhys has a highly motivated and driven personality with a strong ambition to deliver positive outcomes for his clients, whether it be within the lending or financial planning space. Rhys provides a point of difference within CCW with his skillset providing clients strategic debt advice.

Rhys has been within the Chapman Welsh / Community business since 2015, began his journey in a Client Services / Marketing role, by completing ongoing studies he has been able to obtain relevant degrees within Finance and Mortgage Broking while on the verge of completing his Financial Planning studies in 2022. Rhys is a person who loves listening to his clients’ goals and objectives and designing a tailored advice strategy to achieve / exceed expectations. He thoroughly enjoys the constant communication he has with his clients throughout the advice journey, it helps mold the relationship for that advice area, but also to instill a long-term connection.

Rhys is a current member of the MFAA as an industry association.

When not client facing or dealing with client’s queries, Rhys enjoys taking his 2 year old rascal of a labradoodle Ralph out for a run / walk and dining out with his fiancé Emily at one of Melbourne’s trendy new restaurant. Rhys has played football at a local level since his junior days, and this is something he loves to, when not on the footy field he enjoys running to keep fit and active.
