Ross strives to build great personal relationships with his clients and works hard to understand their financial and lifestyle needs and wishes. He is a motived adviser who loves what he does and take great pride in the outcomes achieved for his clients via the use of strategy and life wisdom.

Ross started his journey with Chapman Welsh Financial Services 37 years ago (and will be here for 4-5 more years – fingers crossed). He loves working with current and new clients to find the answers to their financial and lifestyle wishes and needs. He specialises in working with clients who are planning for their retirement or as we like to say planning for the “next chapter of their lives” and also does a lot of work with clients who are already enjoying their next chapter.

He is a life member of the MDRT (the world’s largest international financial planning association), a CFP – Certified Financial Planner and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Ross is also a past president of the Geelong Business Club and has had membership with them for 23 years. Ross is currently providing volunteer mentoring to young Australians via Headspace Australia and has only recently hung up his boots as senior team manager for St Josephs Football and Netball Club after eight years.

Ross is a father, grandfather, uncle, brother and husband and loves all the people who call him by those titles. When not in the office you’ll find him travelling or playing golf with friends.
